O’Connor recognized by Brain Injury Association of Michigan
Michael Patrick O’Connor, OTRL, CAPS, CBIST, of O’Connor Occupational Therapy Services, PLLC, has been presented with the Brain Injury Association of Michigan’s 2017 Chairman’s Award for his volunteerism with the Capital Area Chapter Support Group of the Brain Injury Association and educating professionals and families about brain injury. O’Connor was recognized on May 6, 2017 by the Brain Injury Association of Michigan’s Board of Directors, at the Annual Meeting of Members. O’Connor Occupational Therapy Services, PLLC, located in Lansing’s Old Town, established in 2011, provides outpatient, home, and community based rehabilitation for persons with a primary diagnosis of brain injury, spinal cord injury or other catastrophic injury. O’Connor has worked in the field of rehabilitation since 1988, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy and a minor in Gerontology from Eastern Michigan University, 1994.
