Local Group Launches new Website: The Black Success Network
In an effort to provide African American professionals throughout Michigan an opportunity to network among themselves and share their stories of perseverance and success, a group of prominent Lansing-area professionals have launched an innovative new website called The Black Success Network (TBSN) – www.blacksuccessnetwork.com.
TBSN is an Okemos-based site founded by Teresa A. Bingman, Esq. and Lloyd G. Bingman, Ph.D. of Okemos and former MSU All-American and NFL great, Todd “T. J.” Duckett of Lansing.
Through its internet presence, TBSN seeks to brand itself as the link in connecting these and other successful African Americans throughout our state – and nationally – with one another and those with similar ambitions. It identifies and profiles both heralded and unheralded African Americans around Michigan and across all disciplines and professions making outstanding contributions in their workplace and communities.
The stories presented aim to educate, inspire and empower people of all ages and from all walks of life. Most importantly, the individuals profiled seek to assist others in achieving their goals and who are willing to make a positive difference in helping to make their communities, work place and our state a better, fairer place to live for everyone.
The official launch of TBSN was held Tuesday, Nov. 12th at the Michigan State University Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center.
