The Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University does all this and more. 

CMU’s MSA blends a strong base in administration with the leadership and people skills needed for success in any organization. Not only will you master business practices, you’ll understand how psychology and sociology play a key role in being a successful leader. Your education will be anything but ordinary with courses in managing change with emotional intelligence; navigating disruption, innovation, transformation and change; and building cultural, gender and generational understanding.

There are 15 concentrations available, allowing you to tailor your program to your career goals. For example, you can choose to focus on human resources, project management, health care or public administration or take a broader approach with general administration or leadership.

Flexibility continues in your choice of format. You can earn your MSA online or at one of our eight centers in Michigan, including one right here in East Lansing. Take one class per term and graduate in two years or less.
