Campus Advantage has added a total of 3,164 beds to its portfolio in the first half of 2017.
Block 36 was built in 2001 and is located near Michigan State University in East Lansing. The pet-friendly property’s amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, 24-hour fitness center and computer lab, basketball and sand volleyball court, outdoor fire pit area and more.
“Our consulting and operations teams assessed the property and agree partnering with a strong student housing operator will result in substantial growth,” said Pam West, vice president of operations at Campus Advantage. “Additionally, Block 36 is our third property in East Lansing, therefore our growing presence adds to our knowledge of the potential available in that market. We are confident that our programming, operations excellence and integrated marketing capabilities will make a positive impact, and we look forward to supporting the property’s residents during this important time in their lives.”
Block 36 will benefit from innovative programs that deliver a student-focused experience, equipping residents to thrive in all areas of life.
