Mason Welcomes New Branch of Commercial Bank
Determined to leverage its Michigan roots to support faster results for customers, Commercial Bank has now added Mason, Mich. as a new location for its services. Located downtown on 322 S. Jefferson St., the bank celebrated with a ribbon cutting by the ambassadors of the Mason Area Chamber of Commerce (MACC). Previous customers will experience no interruption of their banking services.
“We are so happy to be a part of the Mason community,” said Kevin Collison, president and CEO of Commercial Bank. “We take great pride in getting to know each of our customers on a personal level in order to understand their needs.”
A local leader in small business and residential lending since 1893, Commercial Bank opened its first community bank in Ithaca, Mich. As a community bank that started in a small town, Commercial Bank values the arduous work, dedication and friendships that you find in their local communities. Other statewide locations include East Lansing, Alma, Grand Rapids, Greenville, Hastings, Middleton, Mt. Pleasant and St. Louis.
“We are bringing new products and services to Mason, while continuing to retain the community focus that is important to all of us,” said Collison.
Newly added features to make banking more accessible include extended hours, phone banking and improved online and mobile banking. Both businesses and individual members can already access an array of customer-oriented services. These include 24/7 online and telephone banking, opening lines of credit or checking/savings accounts for specific needs, convenient ATM locations and a variety of loans that best suit the customer’s plan of action.
MACC’s welcome of Commercial Bank bodes goodwill for community growth and opportunity; the Mason area holds about 16,000 residents, and around half of that number resides in the City of Mason. Between Commercial Bank’s local roots and Mason’s small-town lifestyle and agricultural setting, the future banking of Mason residents appears to be in capable hands.
